"I have been a resident for 2 1/2 months. Renae, the leasing manager, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with since day one. She texted me after hours to get me set up for leasing with the complex and has always been open to hearing any concerns I had prior to and after moving in. She has communicated via email about any changes in the community, updates, or notices, so there was no confusion. The new payment portal was a little difficult to navigate last month, but Renae was extremely helpful. She allowed me to sit with her in the office so she could help me figure it out and get set up properly. It has been a very long time since my family, and I lived in an apartment setting. Thank you for such a good experience."
